As Flexible As You Need Us To Be
Drape Your Space
We have increased our flexibility for event layouts with the introduction of a new draping system in our sister venue M&S Bank Arena.
The installation in M&S Bank Arena provides a wider range of layout options including up-stage blacks, straight line drapes and the ability to mask all, or parts of, the upper-tiered seating, as well as dividing the arena in two.
The new system essentially creates different venues within the venue, such as a smaller plenary layout using half of the arena and separate areas suitable for exhibitions or dinners. Tiered seating is available for 600 to 3,000 delegates, banqueting from 500 to 1,400 guests and cabaret meeting space for 350 up to 1,140.
In addition, the tracking drape line divides the space into two separate areas, running up and down the arena floor to enable a variety of different configurations. We can position this wherever it is required and deal with any changes smoothly and efficiently.
The new system is a much quicker and cost effective way of creating a number of layouts, meaning more choice for clients looking to grow their events.
